This topic is mostly for the Security Council delegates, who will actually have the power to establish international sanctions, but it might be useful for all delegates to understand how existing sanctions work and how they affect the reality of both both the government and citizens of sanctioned countries. It's also noteworthy to recognize the different strengths of nationally applied sanctions and internationally supported ones.
